Flash Drive as an Extra Windows XP Memory

So we can now use flash drives as extra virtual memory? For XP?

I haven't done this yet cuz I don't have a flash drive. I haven't bought one ever since. I haven't had a need for it (yet). But this video sounds cool. Perhaps I can buy one and try it.
