Tuna Festival Ads

Image
I found these videos advertising General Santos City's Tuna Festival. I know it's kinda late cuz Tuna Fest ended 4 days ago (August 26 – September 5). I just can't resist posting cuz I had a good laugh watching the videos. Each vid features something/someone Gen San is famous for, like Shamcey Supsup, Manny Pacquiao, and the tuna itself. Watch the hilarious vids below. videos: youtube.com/ralphsody

From Cake to Cupcake

Image
The Firefox team received a cupcake from the Microsoft Internet Explorer team on the day Firefox 6 was shipped earlier this month. Mozilla's Firefox Engineering Director Johnathan Nightingale posted this picture in his Flickr account: And this is the message attached to the picture: "Every time Mozilla releases a version of Firefox, the IE team sends us a cake. They're cool like that. "As the releases have gotten faster and leaner... so have the cakes." "Rumor" has it that IE used to send a cake with every Mozilla version release. But when the releases became more frequent (therefore, lesser new features), the cake became... cupcake!

Coffee or Tea?

I'm not really a fan of "fail pictures" but I can't help but laugh at this photo I came across while surfing. Herbal Tae err Tea, anyone?

Unflattering

This is the president of my country: And they say a picture paints a thousand words. They say a nearly empty desk is a sign of laziness. But his ashtray's not empty, no? photo: pinoyexchange.com

Asian Boy Wants To Be Female Pop Star

I love talented kids, especially those who know what they wanna be as early as 5 years old. Let's just hope, though, that no parent talked him into doing this just for popularity. Now the dance-off:

So Freaking… Funny

Billionaire has been a favorite tune of mine for quite a few weeks now. And I guess it would stay that way for quite some time now. This is so funny. Watch.

Beat That

I have nothing against the Chinese, really. Even when they hanged Flor Contemplacion in mid-90s, I know it’s because their law requires death penalty for what she did. Even if OFWs in Hong Kong jump out the window to escape maltreatment, I understand that anyone in any part of the world is capable of maltreating their maids, not just the Chinese.   So really, I have nothing against the Chinese. I am even fond of them, more so when somebody gave me the link to this video. Watch and you’ll love them even more.

May Pasok Ba?

Back to the time when I was still in school, I always turn on the radio to DZRH everytime I’d wake up to rainy mornings. Mom and I would patiently wait for the announcement from the Department of Education and PAGASA while having breakfast. When I entered college, we started becoming a fan of Mornings @ GMA. Mon Isberto’s lively aura filled our living room every morning, rainy day or not. The news flashed at the bottom of the screen would tell us if classes were suspended. (Now this post makes me miss Mon Isberto and Cher Calvin on the local tv… and yea Tish Silang was also on this show.) But now, with the dawn of blogs, those who prefer internet over television need not even use Google anymore. Just type www.maypasokba.com and you’ll get the information, fast (because the layout is so simple) and direct to the point. I almost choked with the sudden burst of laughter when I first saw the site. Humor in its simplest form. But hey, even if it’s funny, the information...

Scaring Floormates

I easily get scared, the reason why I beg off on the haunted houses of Star City and Enchanted Kingdom. And I'd hate anyone (for life) who would try to pull a prank on me. But I can't deny watching pranks like the one below gives me a good laugh.

Vampires Love Burgers

Image
I love the Twilight books (and movie). We all know that "New Moon" is coming out in November, and the third movie "Eclipse" in June next year. The installment comes in shorts periods, no? Unlike the "Spiderman" series which took 3 years (I think) before the they release the next one. And since I still find November so far away and I can't wait for "New Moon" to hit theaters, I searched the net in anticipation for any news or videos regarding the second movie. And guess what I found: I really didn't know vampires are obsessed with burgers. Lol!

A One-Minute Two-Part Movie

Is it really possible to condense a movie in one minute? How about a two-part movie in one minute? No? Watch below...

Learn How To Grab

Image
Did you ever practice how to grab a breast when you were young? I'm sure teenage boys always daydream about it. I should know. But before you find this entry so gross, I wanna say that I was just so amused by this machine: A breast-grabbing machine! LOL! I swear at first I thought it was a juicer. Do we have this at our local arcades?
