From the YouTube clips I've watched before, I thought Charice was doing the voice of Theodore and/or would be part of the OST singing Alicia Keys' "No One."
And then this clip came out (watch her sing at 4:34 into the clip):
Charice plays one of the contestants in an inter-school talent competition! She sings "No One" but of course The Chipmunks will win the contest. Also, Charice gets to dance with the cast in what I think is the part where the movie ends.
